Hi,

   If you are in EHP4 or higher and you are not able to undelete the PO in MEMASSPO, its due to a program error. You may implement the note: 1741606 - Reset of item deletion indicator not possible with PO BAPI and then make the changes in MEMASSPO itself. We faced the same issue and it was resolved by the above note
