Hi Anusha ,
I found a way to downlod the fields said by you for planning material, planning conversion factor, planning plant which are there in MPGD.
Open MM17 and go to the fields and select the fields and after execute you get the material and plant input entry screen ,In that you enter the materials and plant and then execute .This will take you to the scrren where you can get the values which are in the MMR for a change ( As usual process , as if you want to change the values for MPGD .
In that screen press the Print icon and system will leads to a screen in the excel foramt and there in the menu YOU CAN GET List ---- save to local file .From here you downlod . I have downloaded one file and here with i am attcahing .
