I wonder that there is no movement type in your screenshot, this might me one reason why you can't post a receipt from the IBD.
This is defined in IMG > Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Deliveries -> Define Item Categories for Deliveries
Further you should have an X in field GR assignment next to the Goods receipt relevancy (which has an X too) in customizing Materials Management -> Confirmations -> Set Up Confirmation Control
