MM02 changes not captured in Change Documents

Hello,

I am making a few changes to the text for a material via MM02:

In transaction MM02- Basic Data 1->Additional Data->Internal Comment(the text present here is being changed)

Now the changes that I have done in the above path also gets reflected in the Sales Text tab of the MM02 transaction automatically.

Issue: The changes that I have done manually gets reflected in the Change Documents(MM02->Environment->Display Changes) but the changes that are done automatically via the system in the Sales Text tab of MM02 are not appearing the the Change Documents
