Hi Jose,

If I am not mistaken, you need to find out for a particular material (Finished Product) , with a specific batch, the batches of different Semi-finished material which have been consumed.

Solution 1: If You have the production order number in hand:

Since in your  Production BOM, the different Semi- finished materials are used as components, for making the Finished Product, You can go to  " Production information system with the help of following T-Code:

  • COOIS;
  • Enter the Finished Material Number;
  • Execute;

  • You will get a list of all production orders for this finished product,
  • Now you need to identify the production order number and click on the display button;
  • Now click on Components;

Result: All the components will be listed against the batch numbers which have been used to make this finished product.

Solution 2: IF only Material (Finished) code and batch number is known:

BMBC; "Batch information Cockpit"

Enter the material;

Enter the Batch # ;

Execute;

Result will be displayed,

Drill down till batch number. (Material >Plant>Batch)

Select the batch #;by clicking on it;

On the right side of the window you will find a button : "DETAILS"

PIC 1.PNG

Click on the drop down arrow of the "DETAILS" Button, and then click on "USAGE"

Now you will be able to see the following screen:

The first line indicates the batch number of the finished product;

Second line shows the Production order number of Finished Product;

Third line shows the Batch #,

Hope this solves your query!

Regards,,

Malik Abrar Altaf.
