is this employee as well a self-employed and sells this material after work?
And you bill the employee and the employee bills the customer, or how does this process look like which you have to map?
In my opinion customer consignment could only be used to trace where the material is if you create your employee as customer master. But finally it is only a workaround as you have to cancel the consignment fill-up again if you want issue the material to your real customer.
Why does this material need to be issued first to the employee?
