Report to extract p.o's with Statistical Delivery Date changed

Hello,

I am an end-user and need to extract a report from SAP showing purchase orders that had the Statistical delivery date changed.

Is there a way to extract such a list?

I know I can see in p.o Item change the changes made, but I need a report to know the p.o numbers that had the Stat.Del.Date changed.
